Why a coach beats a new app

You don't have a tools problem. You have twelve things on your plate and no protected time.

How we work

Protect a little, defend it hard

Most people arrive having tried several systems. Each one worked for a fortnight, then collapsed during a busy stretch — which is exactly when a system needs to hold.

So we build small and defend it. Two protected blocks rather than a redesigned week. One list rather than four apps. A fifteen-minute Friday plan rather than an elaborate review nobody does twice.

And we're honest about limits. Coaching helps with structure and habits. It is not treatment for ADHD, anxiety or burnout, and when those are in play we'll say so and suggest proper support alongside.

Our principles

Three beliefs behind the method

Two hours, defended

A small amount of protected time beats an optimized calendar you abandon.

Use the tools you have

Switching apps feels productive and changes nothing.

Friday decides Monday

Fifteen minutes of planning removes most of Monday's friction.
